Our usual preparation time is 2–3 working days, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays, unless your product listing states otherwise. Delivery time is additional. Please contact us before ordering if you need something for a particular date.
United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland
Standard delivery: £4.99.
Free standard delivery on orders of £50 or more, calculated before coupon discounts.
Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm: £10.80. This service applies after dispatch and does not shorten the time needed to make your order.
Republic of Ireland
Standard delivery: £10.90.
Free delivery on orders of £50 or more after coupon discounts.

Returns & Exchanges
Non-personalised items ordered online
You can cancel an order for a standard, non-personalised item before delivery or within 14 days after the day you receive it, without giving a reason. Please contact us with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to return the item.
You are responsible for return postage when returning a non-faulty item because you have changed your mind. Alternatively, you can return it to our shop. We do not charge a restocking fee.
You may inspect the item as you would in a shop. We may reduce your refund for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to check its nature, characteristics and function.
We will refund you using your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier. If you cancel your whole order, we will also refund the standard outbound delivery charge. Any extra paid for an upgraded delivery service is not refundable for a change-of-mind cancellation.
Personalised and bespoke items
Change-of-mind cancellations and returns do not apply to items made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised, such as an item bearing your chosen name or custom logo. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
Where a product can be ordered with or without personalisation, the policy depends on the option you purchase. Standard items ordered without personalisation are covered by the non-personalised returns policy above. An item is not excluded from that policy simply because it is prepared after you place your order.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Please contact us with your order number and details of the problem. We will arrange an appropriate remedy in line with your statutory rights and cover reasonable return postage where the goods are faulty, damaged or not as described. Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct change-of-mind exchanges. For eligible non-personalised items, please follow the cancellation and return process above and place a new order if required.
